RETURN POLICY

We have a no refund or return policy, but you can RE-SWAP! (As long as it is in awesome condition, of course.) Our advice? Make sure you inspect all merchandise carefully.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Your membership is for exclusively for you, sorry no sharing! But you can share your points with your friends as long as you’re present too.

Membership expired with existing points? Don’t worry! Top up $10 only to use your points for a one-time swap. Although, you’re more than welcome to renew your membership plan as well.

Want to desperately swap that item? Reserve it! An item with a maximum of 8 points can be reserved for 5 days (up to 3 items only).

ITEM POLICY

What do we accept?

Would you give your friend worn- out clothing? Neither should you swap them! We’re not picky about style but we accept items that are in awesome condition only.

Details matter! Buttons, zippers, we need them!

Sorry, due to hygiene purposes we can’t accept the following items:

Under garments, swimwear, sportswear, earrings (unless they’re brand new with tags on them, then sure!), socks, any organizational items, hosiery and costumes.
