SWAP POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

We have a no refund or return policy, but you can RE-SWAP! (As long as it is in awesome condition, of course.) Our advice? Make sure you inspect all merchandise carefully.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Your membership is exclusively for you. (Sorry no sharing!) But you can share your points with your friends in store as long as you're present too.

Membership expired with existing points? Don't worry! You only need to top up $12 only to use your points for a one-time swap. Although, you're more than welcome to renew your membership plan as well.

Want to desperately swap that item? Reserve it! An item with a maximum of 8 points can be reserved for 5 days (up to 3 items only).

Would you give your friend worn-out clothing? Nope! So, neither should you swap them! We're not picky about style but we accept items that are in awesome condition only.

Details matter! Buttons, zippers - we need them!

And due to hygiene purposes, we can't accept the following items:

Under garments, swimwear, sportswear, earrings (unless they are brand new with tags on them, then sure!), socks, any organizational items, hosiery and costumes.

FAQ

    • Drop by anytime from Tue-Fri: 11am-8pm, Sat-Sun: 11am-6pm & PH (Closed on Mondays) and bring your clothes too! Get your membership and your points on the spot.

    • The more the merrier! You’re welcome to share your points with your friends. However, if they want to bring in their items, get them to register for a membership too!

    • Don’t worry! Your remaining points will be added when you renew your membership. Alternatively, you can top up $12 to use your remaining points on a one-time swap.

    • We believe in swapping to lessen waste; therefore, you can only earn more points by bringing in items you’d like to swap!

    • Yes, you can! We encourage you to swap but until then, you can purchase the items that catch your eye.

    • Your username will be you mobile number, and you can create your password for the account. Alternatively, send a WhatsApp message to (+65 ….) and The Fashion Pulpit team will update you on your balance points.

    • Yes, you can use 20 points to get a 10% discount for all workshops hosted in the space, services and brands at CFH

    • We get new items daily from different members, but we change the in-store inventory every Friday by adding over 1000 new items.. We change the whole swap inventory every 6 months- every June and December (over 5000pcs).

    • For one time swap membership, you can bring up to 8 items. For the 3-month membership, you can bring up to 28 items. For the one-year membership, you can bring in as many items as you’d like! (remove space for one-year membership)

    • We have generated a point-system that assesses your items based on their quality, style, brand and swap-ability.

    • As much as we would love to rescue every piece handed to us, space constraints do not allow it, hence we return items that do not pass our quality checks. We would advise you to conduct your own quality check before coming down so you can get as many points possible on the spot!* You can choose to donate your items if you don’t want to bring them back - Life Line Clothing Singapore.

  • You probably have items in your wardrobe you’re never going to use anymore, some may even be brand new! Sort out the items you would like to swap and make sure they’re in great condition. We accept clothing of any size, brand and style, accessories, bags and shoes too.

    We have a variety of memberships you can choose from, to get started. From one time swaps to one year of unlimited swapping, we have it all! Simply come down to our studio or send us an email on your chosen membership and we’ll sign you right up. 

    Do take note, that the number of clothes you can bring in depends on your chosen membership.

    Bring in your items to our studio, we will conduct a quality check and assess the number of points you will receive based on the style, brand and quality of your items. The number of points you receive then act as a budget to your swapping basket. All you need to do left is grab a swap bag and start swapping!

  • If you have fashion items that need minor repair (missing button, loose threads, etc.) our in-house designers will help you bring your fashion item back to life. You can finally swap it or wear it after!

    Repair

    Too precious to swap but, too bored of it to wear? Upcycling it is! We will work together to transform every piece into something exciting so you will want to wear it again.

    As a part of our zero-waste initiative, fashion items that don’t make it to the swap space will be transformed into something fashionable, functional, and swappable!

    Upcycle

    We have lined up workshops, talks, and fun activities that you can attend as a member to learn more tricks on how to take care of our clothes, what can we do with old clothes and styling tips. We will invite different experts from different fields to conduct the workshops.

     

    Want to impart knowledge? We've got that covered too! Let us know if you want to use our space for an event. We would love to promote a collaborative spirit through the space.
